Oscar (45501) is such a lovely boy. He is a 2 year old blue neutered male cat looking for his forever home. Oscar came into the shelter as a stray, so not much is known of his past. He can be reserved initially with new people. However once feels comfortable, he loves head rubs and enjoys having a nice comfy bed to lay in. Oscar makes the cutest sounds during mealtime.
