Animal Advocates of Howard County,
Humane Education Committee

For over 15 years we have been offering an engaging, free of charge presentation lasting 30-50 minutes for students aged 6 and above in Howard County Schools. Presentations are limited to Howard County with a class/group size of 6 to 250+ students.  This program is also appropriate for Scouts who are pursuing a Pet Care Badge.  We discuss issues of animal care and welfare including health, safety, and kindness. Presentations include:  

It has been shown that those with compassion for animals have greater compassion for fellow human beings.  This presentation is highly recommended by Teachers and Scout Leaders throughout the county and has been given to over 20,000 students.
