Scrappy is a spunky and energetic 1 year old male Chihuahua. Scrappy loves to cuddle but also likes to run around the play yard at top speed. Since he is so young, Scrappy is still learning boundaries and will benefit from obedience training once adopted. Since he is still working on hi manners, it is not recommended that he shares a home with young children. When he is left alone, Scrappy becomes vocal so he may not do well in an apartment or condo dwelling. Scrappy was brought to the Howard County Animal Control and Adoption Center as a stray so we do not know how he will do in a home with other dogs or cats.
