Kosmo is a goofy, male, Doberman who is about 10 months old. He is nice, friendly and uses his teeth to say hello to you. He needs reminders to sit for attention. He is very smart and very trainable because he just wants to please you so he can hear “good boy”.  He likes lots of attention and wants to be with his person. He loves other dogs and he is starting to learn to be respectful around them. He is a big boy and needs reminders. Kosmo would do best in an adult home or a home with older children who can be part of his training. He does not understand to be gentle around children. Kosmo also needs your help in new situations. He gets unsure and wants to hide or run, so it will be important to introduce him slowly to new things and not too close at first. Let him hear it, see it from afar and give him time to think. He will watch you and if you have calm energy, you can help teach him to learn the new situation. Mon, Wed, Fri 10:00-4:30 (Closed at 2:30 the last Friday of each month)
Tues & Thurs 1:30-7:00
Sat 10:00-2:00 (Closed on county observed holidays and holiday weekends.)
