We count on your donations to continue our life-saving work. As a non-profit organization with no paid staff members, our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly on behalf of local animals. And our efforts are paying off. Our innovative programs have been credited with reducing the number of animals who are euthanized at our local animal control facility. Our dream is that one day, no adoptable animals will be killed in area shelters. We thank you for helping us realize this dream.Visit the donation page to see where your money goes.

Hocus (45043) is a petite terrier mixed male dog that came to the shelter as a stray with his brother Pocus (45044). Both dogs are estimated to be about 11 months old. Hocus weighs about 14lbs and should not be getting much bigger than that as he is almost a year old. Hocus can be shy at first and will need someone that is patience and gentle to let him warm up to them. He can alert bark when he is nervous. So, he would greatly benefit from some obedience training and help building up his confidence. We would recommend bringing in your dog(s) to meet him if interested in adopting Hocus. You can visit this pet during our Animal viewing hours listed below.
