We count on your donations to continue our life-saving work. As a non-profit organization with no paid staff members, our dedicated volunteers work tirelessly on behalf of local animals. And our efforts are paying off. Our innovative programs have been credited with reducing the number of animals who are euthanized at our local animal control facility. Our dream is that one day, no adoptable animals will be killed in area shelters. We thank you for helping us realize this dream.Visit the donation page to see where your money goes.

Bear (45547) is a 5 year old neutered male Border Collie. Bear and his housemate Casey (45548) were given up to the shelter as their owner could no longer provide care for them. Bear can be a bit aloof at times. However, once he is comfortable, he is engaging and loves to be brushed. He would do best in a home that has previous dog owner experience and understands the training and exercise that herding dog breeds need. Obedience training is highly recommended just to continue to build a good relationship with him. In his previous home, he lived with a dog and a cat and got along with them fine. We recommend bringing in your dog(s) to meet Bear to make sure they get along. Visit during our Animal Viewing hours below to meet and apply on him.
